In a new Ipsos poll undertaken between February 2nd and 16th, 35% of Kenyans who own TVs have acquired set top boxes.
Well, 65% of people without is a large number, but is much better than the 90% the three media houses have been singing.
The percentage of those with set top boxes is expected to rise sharply in the next few days, considering it has gone from a ‘want’ to a ‘need’.
